Delivery Excellence Leader: AI-Driven, Scalable Execution

Critical Software is seeking a hands-on Head of Delivery Excellence to evolve how we deliver complex, mission‑critical projects at scale. You will shape systems, tools and practices that enable fast, predictable, and high‑quality delivery across markets, with AI at the core.

You will work with the COO and leaders to simplify processes, scale what works, and drive continuous improvement. This is a national role with a direct, global impact, open to multiple Portuguese cities.
