Product Delivery Safely deliver products (e.g., spa supplies, beauty products, TCM items) to clients and outlets on time. Verify delivery addresses, loading/unloading products with care, and ensuring delivery accuracy with supporting documentation (e.g., invoices, delivery orders). Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and fuel savings. Maintain a clean and well-functioning delivery vehicle, performing daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure). Promptly report vehicle issues or delays to management. Store Management Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization. Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of beauty, spa, and TCM products. Manage store documentation, including stock records, invoices, and delivery orders. Provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients and resolve any inq...
