Delivery Driver / Dispatcher
Responsibilities:
- Accompany the driver on delivery routes.
- Make deliveries to customers.
- Perform regional deliveries of construction materials.
- Complete pre‑trip inspections and ensure safe vehicle operation.
- Assist with loading and unloading when required.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Act as the central link between drivers, customers, and brokers.
- Co‑ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Co‑ordinate activities with warehouse and production units.
- Co‑ordinate traffic flow of supplies.
- Co‑ordinate, assign and review work.
Qualifications
- SAAQ certified or eligible.
- Class 3 delivery driver with manual transmission.
- Current driving abstract.
