Delivery Boy Job Description (JD) Job Title: Delivery Boy / Delivery Executive Job Summary: Responsible for delivering orders safely and on time while providing excellent customer service and maintaining delivery records. Key Responsibilities: Pick up orders from the warehouse/store. Deliver products to customers within the assigned area. Verify delivery details and collect payments (if applicable). Handle products carefully to avoid damage. Report delivery issues or delays to the supervisor. Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition. Help in the basic store work. Requirements: Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (preferred). Valid driving license two-wheeler. Own vehicle. Basic smartphone knowledge/Maps Good communication and customer service skills.
