Delinquency Resolution Specialist (On-Site, Aguascalientes)

Nissan Mexicana in Aguascalientes is seeking a Collection Representative to manage delinquent accounts and negotiate payment arrangements. The role requires outbound/inbound calls, researching disputes, and meeting QA metrics. You will use tools to resolve issues and advise supervisors on actions for delinquent portfolios.

On-site, full-time position with a schedule that supports 48 hours per week, Monday through Saturday options. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
