Deduction Analyst (WFH)

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer deductions (pricing, damages, returns, promotions, compliance)

• Validate claims using POs, invoices, contracts, and portal evidence

• Determine claim disposition and prepare dispute packages for retailer portals/TPAs

• Track and recover invalid claims; negotiate when needed

• Match deductions to trade events and collaborate with Sales/TPM

• Communicate with Sales/customers on promotional and invoice discrepancies

• Index payments in Doc-Link and update AFS system

• Provide weekly status reports to Sales Managers

• Perform other assigned duties



Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as Deduction Analyst

• Associate’s Degree or 2–3 years of relevant experience.

• With experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and Revenue Recognition

• With experience in chargebacks and disputes
