To join our Dedicated Fleet team responsible for domestic and international transport operations, we are looking for a **Dedicated Fleet Specialist.**
We are seeking an organized and communicative professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and can quickly analyze situations and make informed decisions based on available information.
**Main responsibilities will include:**
+ Plan and execute transportation operations using a dedicated FTL fleet, with a strong focus on optimization (including Cost optimization, Reduction of empty mileage, Monitoring driver and vehicle availability and working time, Ensuring contractual service level performance, Adjusting transport plans to meet the needs of internal stakeholders)
+ Monitor transportation orders throughout the entire process (end-to-end, from planning to unloading) and proactively resolve issues whenever necessary
