Receptionist
Location: Carousel SPV – Midrand – Gauteng, South Africa
Reports to: Office Management
Key Responsibilities
Manage the reception area and ensure a professional, welcoming environment.
Answer, screen and direct incoming calls.
Receive and assist visitors, clients and service providers.
Manage meeting room bookings and prepare boardrooms for meetings.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs, access control and security protocols.
Provide administrative support to management and project teams.
Assist with document filing, scanning and general office coordination.
Maintain office supplies and liaise with suppliers where required.
Qualifications & Experience
1–3 years' experience in a receptionist or front-office role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance and strong customer-service orientation.
