Debt Recovery Specialist

Mashreq Bank in Pakistan seeks a Collections Specialist to manage a queue of delinquent accounts using Finn1. You will make 100-150 calls daily, negotiate repayment plans, and escalate fraud issues to the Team Leader.

Strong communication and assertiveness are essential, and training on negotiation and Finn1 will be provided. The role requires a graduate with 2-3 years of banking collections experience, good PC skills, and knowledge of banking products.
