Job Title: Assistant Manager – Debt Capital Market (DCM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of Debt Capital Market (DCM) transactions.
- Support the DCM team in Government Practice assignments.
- Manage and maintain the critical DCM data bank and MIS.
- Prepare financial models, presentations, and transaction documents.
- Coordinate with clients, banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Conduct financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.
- Ensure timely execution of transactions and regulatory compliance.
