Deaf Support TA — BSL & Inclusion Advocate

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a full-time Deaf Support Teaching Assistant in Gateshead to begin in September. You will support students with hearing impairments, facilitating communication using British Sign Language (BSL) and helping them to engage fully in school life.

The ideal candidate will possess BSL Level 2 or above, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs. The role offers ongoing support and opportunities for professional development.
