DCS Field Service Engineer

Job Description Summary

Field Service Engineer is responsible for handling all DCS/CS activities in the field for all GE Vernova Grid Automation projects, including on-shore, off-shore, in UAE, and to support Oman. The Field Service Engineer will closely coordinate the activities with DCS Engineering & Field Service team, Project management, Application and After Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Shall be capable of preparing Signal List from Schematics and other applicable documents.
• Shall have sufficient knowledge to prepare Interlocking documents from Main PLD.
• Responsible for the Field Services activity of the Substation Automation Systems including DCS/SCS, RTU and Cyber security.
• Take complete ownership of technical activities for assigned projects: EHS coordination and follow up, Site Survey, Engineering, Design, Follow Up and Support Panels Integration, Pre-FAT Internal Validation, FAT with customer, Supervise Site instal...
