ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Database Administrator (DBA) to manage and optimize enterprise database platforms supporting mission‑critical applications. This role involves overseeing more than 100 production databases across hybrid environments, ensuring performance, availability, scalability, and security. The DBA will perform proactive monitoring, performance tuning, patching, and upgrades, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams on database design, capacity planning, and migration projects—including transitions from legacy systems.
