Job Description
Basic Care (Childcare)
- Manage children's daily routines such as eating, drinking, sleeping, and resting
- Maintain personal hygiene of children, including bathing, diaper changing, and cleaning after toilet use
- Ensure children receive nutritious meals according to the scheduled meal times
- Record food intake, sleep patterns, and bowel movements (urination/defecation) for each child
Education & Stimulation
- Plan and carry out activities appropriate to the children's developmental stages (physical, language, cognitive, social, and emotional)
- Implement the prescribed curriculum, such as the PERMATA National Curriculum , during Teaching and Learning (T&L) sessions
- Prepare developmental reports and portfolios for children on a regular basis
- Encourage social skills such as sharing, cooperation, and positive interaction
