Overview

Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or any related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience working as a Mandarin Daycare Teacher or in a similar role. Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies. Proficiency in developing and implementing engaging and educational curriculum activities. Excellent classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a positive and structured learning environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
