**✅ What We're Looking For**
**✔️** 6+ months of structural welding experience can apply
✔️ 8+ months of structural welding experience preferred
✔️ MIG Welding experience
✔️ Flux-Core Welding experience
✔️ Ability to read blueprints and tape measures
✔️ Experience welding in vertical, horizontal, and overhead positions
✔️ Ability to set voltage/amperage on welding machines
✔️ Grinding and fabrication experience
**🧪 Weld Test Requirements**
✔️ 3G MIG Test on 1/4 Carbon Plate
✔️ 4F MIG Test on 1/4 Plate (24 Wide)
