**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe and efficient production.
+ Perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance activities.
+ Load, unload, and move materials using approved equipment and procedures.
+ Follow safety policies and proactively identify and report workplace hazards.
+ Assist plant operations and team members to meet production and quality goals.
