Day Shift Supervisor / Shop Foreman

The Day Shift Supervisor / Shop Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations within the repair station environment, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable FAA regulations and company procedures.

This position provides direct leadership and technical guidance to maintenance personnel while coordinating workflow, production priorities, and quality expectations with the Director of Maintenance and Chief Inspector.
