Database & Development Coordinator

Database & Development Coordinator Lighthouse is seeking a Database & Development Coordinator who is a detail-oriented self-starter to be responsible for managing the donor database and other software solutions; preparing donor acknowledgment letters; supporting fundraising and donor development efforts; and assisting with fundraising-specific communications. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. The Database & Development Coordinator is a member of Lighthouse’s Development Team, which is responsible for driving growth of donated revenue through a comprehensive fundraising program that meets and exceeds annual and long-term financial goals. This position works closely with members of the Development Team in a supportive environment dedicated to advancing the organization’s mission: to empower young people and families to succeed through a continuum of care that promotes healing and growth. Salary starting at $20.08 per hour
