Database & Advancement Administrator

Fixed term role ending February 2027 to support Giving Day 2026 through donor data management, reporting, donation processing, and alumni engagement activities.

Join us in this important role based in our Alumni and Development Office where you'll play a key role in the success of Giving Day 2026 by ensuring the University's alumni and donor database is accurate, campaign-ready, and effectively supports fundraising and engagement activities. Working closely with colleagues across the University, you'll help deliver a positive donor experience through high-quality data management, reporting, donation processing, and stewardship support.

This fixed term role ending February 2027 is based at our Lincoln Campus and works 18.75 hours per week (0.5 FTE).

The salary for this position is fixed $57,882 per annum (pro rata to part-time hours), depending on experience.
