Overview

We were initially linked to Canterbury College and welcomed our first intake of students way back in 1880. In 1896, when agriculture had become well established as the mainstay of New Zealand’s exports, we separated from Canterbury. This fixed term role ends February 2027 to support Giving Day 2026 through donor data management, reporting, donation processing, and alumni engagement activities.

Join us in this important role based in our Alumni and Development Office where you'll play a key role in the success of Giving Day 2026 by ensuring the University's alumni and donor database is accurate, campaign-ready, and effectively supports fundraising and engagement activities. Working closely with colleagues across the University, you'll help deliver a positive donor experience through high-quality data management, reporting, donation processing, and stewardship support.
