The role involves ensuring the availability, security, performance, and integrity of databases, as well as collaborating with development teams and other IT professionals to deliver efficient database solutions. Responsibilities: Database Management: Install, configure, and upgrade SQL Server instances. Create and manage database objects, such as tables, indexes, views, and stored procedures. Monitor and maintain database performance, including query optimization and troubleshooting. SQL Server Migration and Upgrade Database Migration using the backup/restore method.
