Data Strategy Manager - Data Governance (Marbella)

The Challenge: Your Role as a Manager

We are looking for a hybrid profile (80% functional / 20% technical) to act as a bridge between business vision and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Definition: You will lead the definition and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in close collaboration with our clients.
• Data Culture: Act as an evangelist for data quality, providing training and ensuring that governance is embedded into the project's DNA.
• Control & Visibility: Implement control dashboards to monitor the health and compliance of data governance.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex business needs into technical requirements, coordinating teams to ensure excellent delivery.

Requirements

• Experience: +7 years of solid experience in strategic Data Governance roles.
