Candidate Requirements
- Be licensed in California
- Have labor and employment litigation or counseling experience
- Be comfortable advising or defending employers
- Have strong writing, analytical, and client‑facing skills
- Be interested in California workplace law and employment disputes
Not Suitable For
- Plaintiff‑side attorneys with no employer‑side exposure
- General litigators with no employment law experience
