Temp to Hire, Full-Time Business Operations Specialists

Job Description

We are hiring a detail-oriented and analytical Data & Reporting Specialist to join our team for a well-established winery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building reports, and supporting business operations through insightful analysis.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $21.00 – $22.00 per hour (Depending on Experience) 
Location: Ceres, CA
Key Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and analyze spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel
Use formulas and functions to manipulate and analyze data
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and charts for internal stakeholders
Clean, validate, and organize large data sets to ensure accuracy and usability
Track metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Automate repetitive tasks using Excel tools such as PivotTables, Power Query, and basic macros (if applicable)
