Overview:
Six Flags is seeking a **Data Privacy Paralegal** at our park support center in **Arlington, Texas** . The primary role of the Data Privacy Paralegal in the Legal Department is to support privacy initiatives, including but not limited to, data subject access rights (DSAR) requests and privacy compliance. This role requires knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations. The Paralegal also provides contract and legal support, as needed, to the attorneys in the Legal Department.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage all DSAR requests for the company.
+ Provide privacy support including implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Privacy Program software.
+ Collaborate on process recommendations.
+ Assist with all privacy impact assessments handled by the Legal Department.
+ Provide contract support including, collecting and maintaining records related to contracts, such as signatures, dates and amendments.
