Data Platform Leader & AI Literacy Advocate

Silverstone Circuits Limited is seeking a Senior Systems Manager - Data to form the nucleus of our new data team. The successful candidate will engineer and govern our Datalake while acting as a change advocate. You will bridge technical solutions with commercial objectives to drive transformation, educate stakeholders, and manage a high-performing data capability.

You will design scalable data solutions, ensure data quality and integrity, and implement governance frameworks while engaging with business units to translate goals into platform capabilities.
