Data Management Associate - eTrading Client Services

Own end-to-end client onboarding and enablement for multi-asset eTrading, partnering across product, technology, and operations to deliver seamless go-lives and drive digital tool adoption. Handle connectivity/entitlement setups and day-to-day troubleshooting with strong ownership, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset.

As a Digital Client Service Associate within our digital client services team, you will lead end-to-end onboarding and enablement for external clients across multi-asset eTrading workflows. You will onboard and support clients on Bloomberg, Tradeweb, MarketAxess, FXall, 360T, and other venues as required, coordinating connectivity setup, entitlements, testing, and go-live readiness with internal and external stakeholders. You will provide production oversight in a 24/5 environment, triaging issues raised by Front, Middle, and Back Office teams and clients, escalating appropriately, and promoting timely resolution.
