As a Data Entry Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting, developing, and facilitating training materials for new and current hires to meet and exceed all aspects of SpecialtyRx.
The position will be part of Training Department and reporting to the Head of Training in the Southcentral Region.
Responsibilities Coordinate with Southcentral department managers to determine training needs Design effective training programs for Data Entry & Customer Services Pharmacy Technicians Train and support new Data Entry & Customer Services Pharmacy Technicians Conduct routine audits for all operational modules for training needs Ability to identify retraining opportunities Implement new processes and policies at discretion of leadership Knowledge of...
