SUMMARY

The primary responsibility of Data Entry Specialist is collecting and accurately entering customer information.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to fleet managers’ inquiries, help them resolve problems or direct them to appropriate resources.
• Check rate confirmations with accounting in some circumstances.
• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
