Job Description

Key Responsibilities Enter customer, employee, or business data into the company's software and databases. Verify the accuracy of data before and after entry. Update existing records and maintain organized digital files. Scan, upload, and manage documents as required. Prepare reports using Excel or other office software. Maintain proper records of completed work and pending tasks. Identify and correct data errors or inconsistencies. Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive data. Perform other administrative and office support tasks assigned by the supervisor. Required SkillsGood typing speed with high accuracy.
