Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Enter employee timecards, hours worked, and payroll adjustments into payroll system
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and information
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before submitting for processing
- Support the Payroll or HR team with additional administrative duties as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee payroll data
**Qualifications**:
- 1+ year of data entry, payroll, or AP experience (construction or service industry a plus)
- Strong typing and data entry speed with high attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
