We are looking for a
Data Delivery Lead
to act as the bridge between global leadership and offshore teams, ensuring clear communication, smooth execution, and early identification of risks or issues.
Key Responsibilities
Lead coordination between leadership and distributed data teams
Provide mentorship and support to engineers and analysts across pods
Drive Agile delivery as Scrum Master / Delivery Lead
Ensure effective collaboration across engineering, governance, analytics, and reporting teams
Maintain consistency in data definitions, modeling practices, and reporting outputs
Preferred Skills
Experience leading global or offshore data delivery teams
Strong Agile / Scrum experience
Familiarity with Databricks, Snowflake, dbt, and governance tools such as Microsoft Purview
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Work location: Chennai
Experience: 16-20 years
