Job Description
Analysis of biological data, mainly single-cell next-generation sequencing data and/or proteomics data Build data analysis pipelines Develop machine learning and deep learning models for classification or prognosis Research and develop algorithms for biological data analysis Participate in big data analysis projects for data mining, model building, and algorithm development Participate in error handling and improve the data analysis process
