- Must have hands-on IFRS17 experience with strong Data Analysis and Insurance domain knowledge.
- Good to have exposure to Dataiku.
- Strong expertise in Data Analysis, SQL, Python, and PySpark.
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Python and PySpark, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Design and implement Data Engineering and ETL pipelines using PySpark.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Mentor and guide engineers through technical leadership, code reviews, and best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to improve systems and processes.
- Lead technical direction including architecture, design, and implementation of software solutions.
