Job Scope

Provides leadership and technical oversight for the facilities operations team during assigned shifts, ensuring 24/7 uptime of data centre infrastructure. Coordinates daily activities of shift engineers and technicians, assigning tasks and monitoring work completion. Acts as primary point of contact for operational issues, client communications, and emergency situations during shift hours. Monitors critical infrastructure performance through BMS and other monitoring systems, analyzing trends and identifying potential issues. Manages incident response, coordinates troubleshooting efforts, and escalates complex technical problems to appropriate specialists. Ensures proper execution of maintenance activities, change implementations, and vendor work during shift periods.
