- Have hands‑on experience managing a 24x7 Data Centre Operations team, particularly overseeing L1 operations and ensuring continuous operational support and service delivery.
Skills and Experience Required
- At least 10 years of IT experience and 5 years preferably managing a Data Centre Operations team
- Possess strong knowledge and experience in cloud infrastructure and operations
- Strong leadership experience
- Bonus to have exposure to and a good understanding of AI infrastructure environments
