Data Centre Manager

Reporting to the Cluster Director, the Data Centre Manager (DCM) is responsible for the day-to-day management and successful operation of the site, including Data Centre Management, customer implementations, operational continuity, reporting, and overseeing the VIRTUS team and third‑party contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage facilities, including FM provider, health & safety and compliance.
• Responsible for operations financial budgeting.
• Site‑level procurement and risk management.
• Ensure all emergency operating procedures (EOPs), standard operating procedures (SOPs) and method of operations (MOP) are in place and accurate, and provide assistance for other sites including peer review.
• Critical infrastructure asset management and asset lifecycle.
• Audit awareness and support frequent audit processes.
• Capacity management, including power and floor space, and assist with forecasting loadings.
