Data Center Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities: Site Leadership & Execution • Serve as the primary onsite representative for all construction activities at the campus • Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring alignment with project schedules, milestones, and deliverables • Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and adherence to scope Project Coordination • Act as the central liaison between construction, engineering, design, and operations teams • Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, commissioning agents and vendors to resolve field issues quickly • Lead daily/weekly site meetings, progress reviews, and reporting Schedule & Budget Management • Track project schedules and proactively identify risks to timelines • Support cost control efforts, change order review, and budget tracking • Escalate risks and delays with recommended mitigation strategies Quality Assurance • Ensure all work meets design specifications, industry standards, and company expectations • Conduct regular site...
