Our client based in Mobeni is looking for a Data capturer. The Data Capturer is responsible for entering, checking, and updating import and export logistics data on Salesforce. This role ensures that truck details, cargo weights, and customs forms are correctly recorded so that goods can move in and out of the warehouse without delay. Key Responsibilities 1. Export Data & Cargo Releases Find delivery files on Salesforce and match them against physical warehouse tally sheets. Copy transport details from internal Gate Passes into the system, including truck/trailer registrations, driver names, and gate times. Finalize delivery files on the system, print out Cargo Releases, apply stamps, and upload scanned copies. 2. Cross-Border & Customs Checks Check that all driver paperwork, invoices, packing lists, and customs forms (such as SAD 500/505) are present in the delivery pack.
