About the Role
Grade Level (for internal use): 08. The Transcripts APAC (Mandarin) team leads the transformation of Mandarin-based financial conference call transcripts, delivering high‑quality English transcriptions on time to S&P Global clients.
Responsibilities and Impact
- Collect and convert Mandarin financial reports into accurate English transcription documents, ensuring timely delivery.
- Independently manage projects and workflows, delivering high‑quality outputs within established deadlines.
- Conduct in‑depth data analysis for allocated projects, driving workflow and procedure improvements through findings and stakeholder engagement.
- Actively troubleshoot issues, provide effective team support, and contribute to development of country‑specific policies.
