Data Analyst, Sr (Monterrey)

The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards and analysis for key stakeholders
• Define KPI definitions leveraged by Epicor
• Discover complex problems, requirements, and design solutions
• Document business and technical requirements and collaborate with multiple teams to prioritize and validate features
• Proactively identify issues causing inefficiencies and implement process improvements to streamline accounting processes
• Participate in the research of inquiries from other departments
• Take ownership of projects and implement new processes
• Analyze features and contribute to the design from the customer's perspective
• Lead, train, inspire, and onboard other analyst members of the team and across other functions
• Mentor the team on process capabilities
