Overview
We're expanding our national team of DAS Engineers for Public Safety & Cellular Distributed Antenna Systems. VeriDAS Technologies is looking for professionals with significant experience in in‑building wireless coverage, Public Safety DAS, and commercial Cellular DAS system design, planning & commissioning.
Responsibilities
- Complete site surveys to determine coverage/building requirements and factors affecting design & installation
- Develop & analyze RF link budgets using iBwave
- Repeater Design: calculation of antenna gain, line loss & amplification
- Design of fiber distribution needed as well as passive component insertion losses & gains
- Draft customer design document proposals describing recommended coverage solutions
- Conduct pre‑construction walk throughs
- Commission & test new systems
- Troubleshoot system problems to satisfactory resolution
