Daraz Account Manager

Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimize the Daraz seller account in compliance with Daraz policies. Create and upload product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, specifications, and keywords. Upload and manage high-quality product images according to Daraz standards. Decorate and manage Daraz store branding (banners, categories, logos, visuals). Set competitive pricing, discounts, vouchers, and promotional offers. Manage inventory to avoid stock-out and overselling issues. Process orders and ensure timely packing and dispatch via Daraz logistics. Maintain SLA performance including order fulfillment and late shipment rate. Handle returns, cancellations, and refunds through Seller Center. Respond to customer chats, queries, and manage reviews professionally. Monitor and improve seller ratings and account health metrics. Plan and manage participation in Daraz campaigns and mega sales (11.11, 12.12, etc.). Run and optimize Daraz Sponsored Ads and promotional tools. ...
