About the role

• Deliver expert payroll services across the Nordics with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and client satisfaction. You will independently manage complex payrolls, lead process improvement activities, support system changes, and coach junior colleagues.
• You act as a subject matter expert, driving operational excellence internally and externally.
