About the role
Deliver professional and independent payroll services across the Nordics, ensuring high quality and compliance with local regulations and collective agreements. You will take full ownership of client payrolls, proactively supporting continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery.
Which tasks can you expect?
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing independently for assigned clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related client queries.
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely, following local laws, collective agreements, and client contracts.
- Perform quality controls and reconciliation of payroll results.
- Manage statutory filings and reports to authorities.
- Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client documentation.
