Danish Back Office Agent - Relocation To Essen (Laza)

Job Opportunity: Danish‑Speaking back office agent - On‑Site in Essen, Germany

Start Date: July or August

Location: Essen (on‑site)

Relocation Support: 2 months accommodation + up to 250Euro travel reimbursement

Bonus: 3,000Euro (1,500 after 3 months + 1,500 after 6 months)

We are looking for native or fluent Danish speakers to join a team working on next‑generation AI technologies. Your role will involve creating and reviewing written prompts and conversation flows to support speech‑based systems.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish + B2 English
• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid work permit for Germany
• Excellent writing and analytical skills
• Comfortable working on‑site and with varied content
