About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Commercial Officer to support the day-to-day financial operations at Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal. Working within the Business Services team, this role is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and contractor receipting activities, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time.

This is a 12-month contract working Monday to Friday. The role requires strong time management skills, particularly during month-end periods, and the ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices
