We are looking for an experienced Dairy Technologist. Who can manage Productions, Quality Control, Product R&D. In particular dairy products like Sweets, Ice Cream, Paneer, Cheese, Buttermilk, Curd etc.
Designation - Production Manager
Department - Dairy Products
Products - Sweets, Ice Cream, Paneer, Cheese, Ghee, Dahi, Chhas etc.
Qualification - Dairy Technology
KRA:
Quality Control:
Conduct tests on raw and pasteurized milk to monitor acidity, fat content, and bacterial levels.
Product Development:
Formulate and innovate new dairy items like yogurt, cheese, butter, and flavored milk.
Process Management:
Oversee operations at processing plants, ensuring safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance.
Supply Chain:
Monitor the safe storage, preservation, and physical distribution of finished goods
