DACH Regulatory Affairs Director – Strategy & Growth

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Associate Director for Regulatory Affairs in Zuchwil, Switzerland. This role provides regulatory leadership across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enabling market access for DePuy Synthes products.

The candidate will lead regulatory strategy, oversee compliance with EU regulations and partner with cross-functional stakeholders. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 8–10 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs are required.
